The offer agreement (PDF at frendi.ai/offer-agreement, revision of 17 July 2026) names the provider directly: OOO “Sistema razvitiya biznesa”, tax ID 2466293557, address 660017, Krasnoyarsk, Dzerzhinskogo st. 26, office 312. E-mail — info@frendi.ai. The terms refer to article 437 of the Russian Civil Code; disputes are settled at the provider's location.
For a user this means two things. The good one: there is someone to hold accountable, with an address and a tax ID that can be checked in the state registry. The neutral one: the service operates under Russian law with all its content requirements — hence the filters the service describes in its help center.
Age
The frendi.ai domain was registered on 25 March 2025 (registry RDAP record). So at the time of checking the service is about a year and a half old. That is noticeably older than most newcomers in the niche, but not yet a “mature platform”: the service itself calls its interface interim (“the interface will be updated in the future”).
What is worth reading in the terms
- Auto-renewal. The subscription renews automatically; it can be disabled in the account or by e-mail to support (clause 3.5).
- Prices change without notice. The provider may change terms, prices and plan structure by publishing a new version on the site (clause 4.3).
- Refunds. According to the pricing FAQ, only in exceptional cases: a technical failure or an unauthorised charge.
- Data. Chats are private, but messages may be stored and used in anonymised form to improve quality.

The case for Frendi AI
Here Frendi's advantage is unconditional: the legal entity, tax ID, address and e-mail are published in the terms, and the domain has lived since spring 2025. That is rare in this niche and we say so plainly.
The case for HoneyChat
The service is younger (domain since March 2026) and lives outside Russian jurisdiction — a minus for some, and for others exactly the reason explicit content is not hidden behind a filter. What HoneyChat gives in return is access without an account, i.e. without your e-mail and phone in anyone's database.
