What the offer says
The Frendi AI offer (version of 17 July 2026, clauses 3.5 and 4.3) states that a subscription renews automatically until the user disables the recurring charge — in the personal account or by writing to info@frendi.ai. The same document reserves the right to change prices without separate notice.
According to the answers on the archived pricing page, a refund is possible only in exceptional cases — a technical failure or an unauthorised charge. Changing your mind is not one of them.
Two ways to switch it off
- Sign in (Yandex, VK, Mail.ru or an e-mail code) and open the subscription section of your account. The service does not name that screen in its public documents, so we did not verify the exact path.
- Disable the renewal. Access to the paid features normally runs to the end of the paid period.
- Or write to info@frendi.ai from the account's address — the offer names this as a valid way to stop the recurring charge.
- Check your bank or wallet statement after the renewal date to be sure the charge stopped.
Cancelling because the prices are behind a login?
Frendi shows no prices at all until you are signed in — the tariffs page opens a login box instead. That is worth remembering when comparing: you cannot see what you are about to pay before creating an account.
